Possibly one at Cafe Select on Lafayette at 2:00? Answer: not so far. Kyle got there a little after 2 and nothing was going on. Update #2: The show might be at 4:00 (the original message in the message board said 3:30) (and maybe a show at 6:00 which is mayabe rained out). Not secret show:  ... (link)

... Ryan Adams played a semi-secret show at Cafe Select today on Lafayette Street. Nobody seemed to be able to confirm or deny allegations of the show until I got there for the (supposed) 2 o'clock show. I was told to come back at 4, and I'm glad I did. Ryan and the Cardinals played 8 acoustic songs for a crowd of 50 people - 6 off their new record, "Cardinology," out today, and 2 requests. The two requests were "If I Am A Stranger" (my request, actually), and "Cherry Lane," which we learned was based off of the Cherry Lane Theater. ...
