With Nottingham filming being delayed, Russell Crowe has some time on his hands. So rather than take up knitting he is looking at picking up a part time job. Rumour has it that he has arranged to play Commedian Bill Hicks as soon as they finish with the script.
Coming Soon says:
“I have another project based on the life of comedian Bill Hicks, which is going from treatment to draft stage with Kiwi writer Mark Staufer.”

The Sydney Morning Herald reports that Russell Crowe may next play comedian Bill Hicks now that Ridley Scott's Nottingham has been pushed back. Here's a clip: "I have another project based on the life of comedian Bill Hicks, which is going from treatment to draft stage with Kiwi writer Mark Staufer."
